Portal 5: Program

During the PoRtaL 5 conference you will be able to participate in various types of activities. Here’s a quick overview.

Presentations are the shortest: they won’t be longer than 15 minutes.

Talks will last a bit longer, but still not too long: 30 do 45 minutes.

Both presentations and talks will be followed with short Q&A sessions (again, up to 15 minutes), and there’ll be some time left to mingle and talk with the speaker and other people at the PoRtaL. Therefore, there won’t be dedicated breaks between presentation, talks and other program items.

Mingle&Networking events (M&NE) are designed to offer opportunity to get up close and personal with the PoRtaL speakers and guests in an easy-going atmosphere. Idea is that we all kick back and relax while talking about themes of talks. We’ve scheduled an hour for them, but won’t really be strict about that.

Campfire Stories is anonther laid back event, during which we’d like to hear funny, inspiring, educational and in other ways interesting stories and anecdotes you’ve gathered while larping. Again, timetable won’t be too strict.

We’ll have only one workshop, but it’s a good one and will last up to two hours.

Finally, there will be different games available, each will take up a two-hour slot.

Here’s the program by days:
